Hey guys! Still around and I'm still busy as hell with work and RL. I'm not leaving the game but I am consolidating until I can come back and play again. I prefer the 2 plot house to go a member of Gilfane. If anyone is interested leave a PM or send me an email mark.w.morton@gmail.com. If no one takes it I'm going to drop them both. I'm will be taking the rares out of it but I'm leaving 90% of the deco intact.     |

You know, I am highly tempted, Razz. But if I were to take that spot, I would have to decide which of my Siege houses to drop or give away. Hmm. . . . Seriously thinking about it. . . . I think Camriel would prefer that layout to his keep in Vesper. But I wouldn't want to completely walk away from the keep. I would give the keep to Mariko, who would re-work the deco inside.
Consider me a "serious-tentative" (i.e., if I can figure out how to swing it, I'll go for it!) I will get back to you ASAP on it.

Don't forget you would need to give up two houses to take this. Certainly a fine piece of property. We even had off-sharders coming to paint portraits of it. |

Yeah, I know. Thing is, I really like the location of it and think it would be a much better fit for Camriel. So the musical houses would go like this:
- Camriel gives his keep to Mariko. Mariko lets her Tokuno house fall. It's a nice house, but what I can do in Tokuno is very limited. Example: Can't sail from there to the old lands!
- Camriel takes one of the "double-wide" Razz houses.
- Then I am faced with two options: do I drop Adrianas' house? or add one more account. I think my current inclination is to drop Adrianas's - which would open up another nice 18 x 18 plot in Gilfane Town for someone else. (Razz's are also considered in GIL town, right? Or is it considered too far out?) If I had unlimited funds, I would open up one more account, but I know I really shouldn't do that. But then, if I had any brains, I wouldn't have lived in the French Quarter for 12 years. So that's still an outside possibility.
I think I definitely want to keep: Gris Gris' New Mag house; Elvira's Termur house; and the Vesper keep.

My biggest challenges if I drop Adrianas' house are:
- where do I put *my* "hub" tele-tiles (I have 5 house tele tiles in Adrianas' house)
- where do I put my garden beds/plants.
So I'm still thinkin' on how exactly to do it. But I'll find a way....

P.S. Is there anyone who would like Adrianas' house? I would end up taking a lot out of it, but if someone likes the structure of it, I would leave the structure and all of the deco plants I have on the balconies and whatnot.
(I will take screenshots of it tonight for those not familiar with it. It has some fun secret doors on the ground floor, but there are some drawbacks to the design as well.)

Aye. Adrianas has been sleeping except for checking her plants, and Mariko has been stealthing all over, raising her archery - which is now up to 70, woot!! But it took me much longer to get her to 70 because the O-S "war" prevented me from training in places I would normally train archery.

I'm missin you guys too. It just seems to be one thing after another with RL these days. been working 12-14 hour shifts and it is showing no signs of stopping this year. On top of that my position has mandated that we get certified in several IP related technologies by the end of the year. Including IPv6, CCNA and Ethernet Carrier/QoS.

Well, I am sure that your work schedule has been brutal, Razz. I know that you've only been in game briefly, a couple of times, since you posted this. After a few private messages back and forth on the day you posted this, I have tried to reach you unsuccessfully for an update on the status of transferring Razz Manor to Adrianas and Camriel.
On my side, I did take down Mariko's house in Zento, moved her into Camriel's Keep and redecorated the Keep ala oriental (went better than I expected it to, I might add). Then I moved Camriel into Adrianas's house. But it was driving me nuts, not being able to use Camriel as the crafter he is (because all of his stuff was deeded up). So Adrianas redesigned her house for Camriel - in fact, patterned it loosely off of the right hand house of Razz manor because I like some of the layout you have there.
Since I have not heard from you at all, I am going to gracefully (I hope) back away from this trade. I am certain there are others who would love to take over Razz Manor. But my crafter Camriel is a fairly plain-spoken, simple craftsman and he feels quite comfy in the new digs that Adrianas has built for him. I undeeded all of Camriel's stuff and, at this point, I think I am just going to go ahead and give Adrianas' place to Camriel.
Sorry this didn't work out, but it will probably be better for you to find someone to trade with quickly when you finally get a chance to do whatever you need to do with your accounts. Or perhaps, if we are lucky, you will decide to hang onto the accounts for a while longer. All things tend to cycle and change, and that may be the case with your job as well (though if it does cycle and change, I would hope it's because you are being promoted into better positions that give you more personal time).
