this is using comodity prices from stratics vendor sticky
and saltpeter at 24 gp (base vendor price @ taffy)

salt 24 gp
cloth 10 gp
yarn 50 gp
ingot 30 gp
sulf ash 8 gp
board 10 gp

potash = 1 board , 1 water = 10 gp

charcoal = 1 board = 10 gp

powder = 6 salt , 1 s ash , 1 char = 162 gp
(adjust for a failure rate here depending on your talisman. average 6% fail)

match chord = yarn , water , salt , pot = 84 gp

fuse chord = yarn , water, powder, pot = 222 gp
(90% success chance , but average talisman should cover it)

match = 4 boards , 10 chord = 880 gp (get alot free in holds)

swab = 4 cloth , 4 board = 80 gp (get non EQ free in holds)

ramrod = 8 board = 80 gp (get non EQ free in holds)

light charge = 1 cloth 1 powder = 172 gp

heavy charge = 1 cloth 4 powder = 658 gp
(adjust for a failure rate here depending on your talisman. average 25% fail)

light ball = 6 ingots = 180 gp

heavy ball = 12 ingots = 360 gp

light grape = 1 cloth , 6 ingots = 190 gp

heavy grape = 2 cloth , 12 ingots = 380 gp

light cannon = 600 ingots , 50 boards = 18500 gp

heavy cannon = 1800 ingots , 75 boards = 54750 gp

keep in mind these are prices for materials only. any labor charge is up to the crafter

I actualy set up a ammo vendor at mongbat ranch going by basicaly the base price you listed (same numbers i came up with)  Then added a % on top of that for the OMFG I hatez makin ammo extra price.  Take a peek and tell me what ya think.

i dunno about vendor prices . im sure people can modify this to add enough profit to make it worth the vendor fees. i wont be putting ammo on a public vendor personally . there are certain people id rather not see well armed. 
 

if any allies need ammo, leave me a private message here or catch me in game . ill make stuff for cost as long as the saltpeter holds out .(tips always welcome of course)

as long as were at it, if anyone mines saltpeter, pm me. ill pay 24 each . we're always in need of more salt.
